Blogging has been around forever, but for me, it's completely new territory. Life has been a whirlwind of challenges—working a regular job, raising my children as a single mom, and always trying to make ends meet. Finding time for anything beyond the daily grind has been nearly impossible. Living in Los Angeles, even the commute feels like a second job.

But here I am, finally taking the leap. Starting this blog has been a desire to start for a long time. It’s been sitting on the back burner, overshadowed by the demands of life. Why now? Well, I’ve been home for the past few months recovering from an injury, and suddenly, I find myself with time on my hands—a rare gift in my world.

The truth is, starting anything new is hard, especially when you’re an overthinker like me. I tend to overanalyze, recreate, and edit things until I get in my own way. But I’ve decided it’s better late than never. So here we go.

What’s my goal with this blog? I want to build a community. A space for people who are passionate about faith, business, lifestyle, health, food, and everything in between—because let’s face it, life is messy and multifaceted. I’ve wrestled with the idea of picking a niche, but that feels too limiting. I’m more than just a Christian woman. I’m more than my 9-to-5. And as an introvert, even putting myself out here feels like climbing a mountain.

Setting up this blog hasn’t been easy. I’ve been doing it all myself because hiring help isn’t in the budget right now. And as a perfectionist, every little detail feels monumental. But despite all that, this is my start. This is me choosing to see where this journey will take me.

So here’s to the beginning of something new. To building a space where creativity, faith, and life can collide in a way that’s meaningful and real. Thanks for joining me on this adventure. Let’s see where it leads.

Let's Go!

Authentically me.
